Our Certified Marketplace Navigators offer free help to you, the consumer, in finding the right health-coverage for you and your family. We can help you choose the best plan available through North Carolina’s ACA Healthcare Insurance Marketplace and then give you a hand in filling out the necessary forms (for eligibility and enrollment). We'll even see if you qualify for federal help in paying your insurance premiums.
Our Navigators and Assisters are paid through grants. That means that unlike some private businesses you might see that advertise help in getting you ACA insurance, we get no commissions, ever, for helping you to enroll. No matter what insurance plan you choose, our help is totally free!

The Access East Farmworker Health Program
Our bilingual staff help ENC H-2A farmworkers and their families with health needs, including COVID testing and vaccinations, training in basic emergency wound care and providing skin-cancer testing. Our team works closely with state agencies to help coordinate care.
